'Landscape of Attention' is inspired by artist and mother Scarlet Yu Mei's (@scarletyu) everyday experience of parenting. In caring for a child, our attention is constantly interrupted and redirected. Yet it is often within these moments that care quietly takes place.

This workshop invites us to rethink 'distraction' — perhaps it is not a failure of attention, but a way of noticing others and responding to the world around us.

Through drinks, conversations, writing, and shared traces, we will slow down together and explore how attention moves between parents, children, family, and everyday life. Participants will also take home a few simple Event Scores to continue exploring these ideas beyond the workshop.

Open to all ages. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

《分心吧》源於藝術家余美華 @scarletyu 作為母親的日常觀察：育兒中的注意力，總是不斷被打斷、轉移，卻也正是在這些流動之中，照顧悄悄發生。這個工作坊邀請大家重新想像「分心」——它或許不是專注的失敗，而是一種感知他人、回應環境的能力。

透過飲品、對話、文字與共同創作，我們一起放慢腳步，感受注意力如何在親子、家庭與生活之間流動，並帶走幾個能延續到日常的「事件譜」，重新發現照顧與連結的可能。

歡迎任何年齡人士參與，18歲以下參加者必須由一位成年人陪同。
